Van Vleit Technology Consulting has been providing executive level technology strategizing, project management, start-up staffing, software development, turnkey solutions, and scalable distributed hosting at a fraction of the normal costs for over eight years. We do this by getting involved with companies and projects as an equity partner. You can think of us more as a ground floor venture partner and an outsourced technology department. So, whether your company or project is just getting started or is established, we can help drastically lower the "cash outlay" of developing new technology and the ever scaling expenses of its success.

How We Do It
Succinctly, we are not a company for hire; we are a partner who is willing to take a "sweat equity" position in lieu of cash. We are comfortable with this offer, because we have confidence in bring your technological goals to light. We function with your existing business by simply rounding out your team. We bring to the table all our proprietary tool sets, software libraries, intellectual property, experience, innovative thinking, and (most importantly) our integrity. But we don't just work with anyone. So expect us to be as scrutinizing of your businesses proposition as any sophisticated cash investor would be. After all, it is not just our money at risk, it is our time and our reputation.

All of this creates a great deal of advantage for your business all the way around, not to mention a value increase over the traditional "invest and spend" methods of brining a technology into the market place. Here are just some of the advatages:

First, it is less costly for our group to develop your technology because we don't have to ramp up and down. We don't have the "search, negotiate, hire, and fire" lifecycle that is normal during large scale developments. We just keep on working.

Second, we can get you to your goals at a much earlier investment round. For example, you might be able to achieve a deployable product at the Friends and Family or Angel investment rounds vs. having to secure additional funds. This can give you greater value and control of your business' future. Additionally, this can attract successive investors, like Venture Capitalists or IPO Firms, by giving them greater confidence in your business. This is because the funds they are providing are used to "execute and expand" your business, not develop your technology from scratch.

Briefly, it shortens the time to deploy and scale an online technology product by better integrating and controlling all phases of the DPS Lifecycle. And HARDE is not for sale or license. Working With Investors

We work directly with Qualified Investors, Angels, and Venture Capitalists. We have a variety of ways you can get involved. First, we keep a roster of investors and the opportunities they are looking for (whether we get involved or not). This way if we come across a deal that we think you might be interested in, we can send it your way. Secondly, we often "sell on" a percentage of our existing holdings, giving you the chance to take an early position in a great opportunity. Thirdly, occasionally we directly take on investment to expand our operations. Lastly, we review technology opportunities specifically for investors from the developer perspective to help them determine the viability of the business proposal.
