Over the past years we have had the chance to work on a wide range of projects, but we are especially proud and excited by the projects and companies in our currently project portfolio.  And we are looking even more positively to the projects that are firming up in our short and long term future.

Current Projects:
The current project list is mostly online applications that focus on a positive cash flow business models from a national to global audience.  This is not to say that we are not investing in "core" technology that is not related directly to cash flow, because we are, but not as heavily as in the past.  We have also been developing heavily with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) recently.  In fact, almost all projects in development are using this environment due to cost to performance advantages it gives. Also, to gain a better business advantage, not all projects are listed. 

Past Projects:
Over the years we have helped many companies invest millions of dollars in cash in their venture.  We strongly feel that every dollar went farther because of our "sweat equity" contributions.  Our past is filled with a wide range of successes and failures, and we are fine with that.   Ventures succeed and fail for as many reasons as there are for starting ventures to begin with.  We do not expect every venture to make it to its profit points or exit strategy, and we are fine with that too.  As "sweat equity" investors, we understand the risks; we also understand the rewards.  Thankfully, most of the projects in the recent past have achieved their desired levels of success or higher.
